On Mac's music app, whenever I play music via a Bluetooth speaker, I lose the ability to read the main Music window. Voice over only tracks the three leftmost buttons: (close, minimize full screen). I've tried... disconnecting all external drives, removing all Bluetooth Plist files... creating a new music library... running first-aid on startup disc... And still, the same result. I'm on a Mac Mini, Intell 2018 configuration, 32 gigs of memory with a 2-tb solid state drive. Any ideas would be welcome! Thanks!

Hi guys. I've been having an issue with bouncing in Logic pro x.
When ever I create a project in Logic, and then I press command b and then enter my title of the song I finished creating and then press bounce again, it says the following error:
Command not available because the focused view does not support this command..
Has anyone been having this issue with Logic when bouncing? Is this some sort of voiceover issue? And is their a way of fixing this issue? Thanks, comments would be aprishiated.

Hi again, since that I updated my Mac to Sonoma, I cannot accesso to the Mac context menu where I have the batery %, time, etc. when I press twice VOmm VoiceOver doesn't speak, and it says Empty and VoiceOver makes a sound, as the windows would be ampety?, have someone had this issue, and do you know how to solve it?, this context menu is very important for me. I am currently using MS Word (version 16.61) on a Mac with VoiceOver and a Braille display. I'm having an issue where every time I press the up or down arrow, VoiceOver begins reading from the beginning of the document rather than moving line by line. Navigating using VO L does not work either, meaning I have no way of navigating a document line by line. I can tell that the cursor is moving on the Braille display. However, normally a new line would begin on the far left of the Braille display.

I've recently been experiencing a problem in iTunes on my mac.
I'm running the latest version of iTunes, with the latest version of Mac OS. I've purchased a movie, which I believe is over 4GB in size, however, whenever I try to download it, as soon as I press download, I get an error 1309.

hi, I have two google accounts but, since the first version of big sur the folders on my mac of one of these two accounts have disappeared and every time I connect to mail for mac, to be sure to read the emails of this account I have to synchronize. i tried rebuild box, uninstall and reinstall the account but nothing changed. tips?

I have searched a few of the forum topics and found no relevant solutions so I would like to open a new post here.
I have my IMac running latest Mac OS , and have completed all the process in Boot Camp (i.e. create Win 10 install USB, create boot camp partition etc) and my Mac had restarted and enter into the Windows set up screen (as I have used Seeing Ai to read the text from the screen)
At that time, when I try to press ctrl win Enter to trigger Narrtor, no sound come out from the Mac.

I am playing with a free trial version of Nisus Writer Pro and everything seems to be working fine apart from one thing. When I type in text it seems that the app is trying to predict what I am going to say. What is more if I type a word, such as hell,, the app turns the word into hello when I hit space. It makes a sound like the itunes search bar makes as it tries to do predictive searching.

Just wondering if anyone else is having the same issue as me and has found a fix, if there is one.
It's with using spreadsheets in Numbers.
Since updating my MacBook recently, I've started having issues with my spreadsheets. They're not major but causing some annoying inconvenience.
I like to use the column and row headings so that when I'm navigating in the middle of spreadsheets, VoiceOver helps by reading them out.

I've installed and successfully enabled two Safari extensions on my Mac, Ghostery and Redirect Web. In both cases, a button has been added to the toolbar in Safari, which if selected, theoretically gives you options. In the case of Ghostery for example, if it's the same as its iOS counterpart, allows you to suspend it on the current site and view information about what it has detected and blocked on that site.

This just started yesterday out of the blue, but suddenly my spotlight search can't open my downloads folder. It always either wants to search the web or open the app store. I checked my settings to make sure folders is checked, and it is. I've tried restarting a few times. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I'm experiencing difficulties with VOCR performing optical character recognition on my MacBook Air Retina 2018 running macOS Sonomo 14.1.1. When I use the command-shift-ctrl-W, all I receive is "Nothing found." The VOCR version I'm using is v1.0.0-b1.1. Any suggestions on how to address this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Has anyone had a issue in pages where if you type a letter you didn't mean to type and you press the left arrow it skips that letter and goes to the previous letter or new line? Also sometimes when I rite a sentence voiceover doesn't read the last word. anyone else has this issue?

When I'm in Safari and I go into a text field to type, Voiceover seems to think I have Fast Searching enabled, even though it's not. I've restarted Voiceover, restarted the computer, and it's still not working right.

Hi everyone,
I was looking in the iLife sound effects folder for a sound effect I wanted as a ring tone. I found one, copied and pasted it to my desktop, and then irased the .CAF file extention and replaced it with .M4R. It won't plat in iTunes. It won't even add the new ringtone into iTunes. I tried to drag and drop it into my tones folder. It said it inserted it, but I don't see it in my list of ringtones. I even deleted the ringtone off the desktop and recreated it, thinking I had done someting wrong. I then closed and reopened iTunes, thinking that may help. However, it didn't.

I've been using iTunes for music on an iMac desktop computer for many years. I recently purchased a Windows PC & installed iTunes on it. Only about half of the music from my library appears in the iTunes on the new computer. I've checked all of the settings (Home sharing is set to ON, etc.). I even found a section called "Hidden" but only a few of my songs were there. My music is a combination of my CDs being imported and songs purchased & downloaded from iTunes. I can re-import my CDs if I have to, but I shouldn't have to do that.

Hello everyone. I have to use excell for my studying a lot but i experience lots of issues while using it on my macbook air with VoiceOver. The main issues are that for some reason lots of menu items in the reabon menu are dimmed (not available) in menus when i try to access them. I stop interacting with cells, rows and columns, swipe left until the reabons. I can activate tabs without any issues, but i cannot press on buttons, they are dimmed. What can I do with that? When i try to access these reabons with my keyboard they i collapsed and i can more than one button by pressing tab.

Hi guys.
I am working for a radio station and I am using nice cast to broadcast my shows to the server.
Right now, I am using Itunes to play music and other audio and use the nice cast voice over plugin to send my microphone audio. However, I am having difficulties making this to work properly. When I am speaking to the mike, the music goes down very fast and comes up in a way that I don't like it at all.
If you are using nice cast to do this, any tips or help will be very much appreciated.
If there is another way I will be very interested to know about it

So I am curious. Is there a certain way people proof read in Microsoft Word to keep from missing things or having them repeated. I am using Office 365 and Big Sur.
