Good day, I am considering getting a MacBook of some sort? Now, I know that audio/mp3 files cannot be downloaded or saved from the internet onto my Iphone 6S! Can it be done on a Mac computer? And, more or less, what does it involve?

Hello all musers specially users that were using WIndows. in the past
I was using a great software called IDM or Internet download manager, this software can download anything, anything from the internet, it can resume downloading etc, but this is the case now, after the huge speed that we have these days.
what i need is an app or something that can help me download anything on mac.
any help will b highly appreciated.

Unsure of how to copy a audio book to my stream. ith pc the book had to be unzipped then copied to correct folder on sd card. There is a place on mac air to plug in card & holder, but I don't know how to view sd card, folders & then transfer either daisy or audible books. Thanks for help

I'm trying to figure out how I can download fies from an FTP server to which I've been granted access. I'm using finder to connect to the server as of right now. Is there anything specific I need to do to get the files i'd like on to my hard drive?

I am a ios user as well as a mac user, and I have been a member of applevis for a number of years now. I was wondering if annyone had anny information on downloading files in sufari. For example downloading applevis podcasts dirrectly from this website. I have some trouble with that. I am learning the mac a little at a time, but It's not easy. I have no trouble downloading apps from the apstore, but I am not sure how to do that in sufari. Thanks.

as you may know, whatsapp became a very popular tool for exchanging messages / documents etc,
and now, am using whatsapp on mac to access my messages.
frankly it is not as easy as the windows version with screen reader, because on windows, it is so easy to navigate.
my main question here is that sometimes i can not download media from whatsapp, i hit VO+space, or Return key, or anything and it is not working, sometimes it works.
so, do not know why,

My girlfriend recently bought me a movie on iTunes. I was able to redeem the gift, and I can see the movie in my list of purchases that are not yet downloaded. Also, there doesn't seem to be a download button near the item in the store. I am able to download music and other things, but not this. How do I fix it?

am using whatsapp on mac, this is not 100% accessible, but it is working anyway.
BUt downloading media like mp3 songs or videos, sometimes is not working.
do not know why, but i click VO+space nothing happened, sometimes worked sometimes not. even pressing return sometimes downloading the media, sometimes not,
so, si there a trick or something to download media from whatsapp on mac?

Hi ll. I have bought many audiobooks through iTunes over the years and would love to find and download them again. When I find a book I know I've purchased before, It wants me to purchase it again. but, when I go to purchase it, it says I've already purchased it, would I like to purchase it again? well, no. I'd like to download it if I already bought it. Lol. Could anyone please help with this? thanks very much.

I'd like to dip my toes into Tahoe by installing it on an external SSD. I've been following this old but useful post. But, just as the post author had trouble finding the Mojave installer, I am likewise unable to find the Tahoe installer in the App Store. Would anyone know what I should use as a search term? Hello there, wondering if someone could help me out please? I'm trying to download a voice on the Mac. Once i focus on it voiceover says, "play button, download button". I simply assumed that like with many other things in Mac OS i would press VO space in response to that and the voice would download. Clearly not, since nothing happens when i press VO space. Please could someone tell me where i'm going wrong? I should add that i am still a relatively new Mac user, and haven't downloaded new voices before.

I have been learning my mac little by little, and I have been spending time in voiceover utility trying to download voices, but I have had trouble figuring out how to find the voice and download it. Hey y'all. Just a quick question. When I press command option L to bring up the downloads window in Safari on my Mac, voiceover says show downloads but the focus doesn't switch and I can't find the downloads window anywhere. I am still running Mavericks. What the heck am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance for the help.:-)
