hi all,
I always face a silly problems regarding navigation in Safari with voiceover which is dropdown menus. for Instance, when I try to select dates of a flight or anything similar the VO keeps saying clickable and I can't select dates, and so on.. can anybody navigate around that?
the second problem is using MS office word. whenever I type a document, I can't format it well and have to ask a sighted person to help me in that. can anyone tell me how to let voiceover read all the format information?

Recently, I've been experiencing intermittent drops with my WiFi connection in hi Sierra. I repaired the disk by running first ade, completely reinstalled the operating system with no time machine backup, and still no go. I was looking at articles to see if their might be some safe advice I could try but, don't want to try anything dangerous on my own. I've spokien to Apple's accessibility on this issue and the CSR's have no idea or they aren't getting any reports. I know that WIFI isn't stable and it isn't reliable all day everyday.

If you own a Synology NAS, you probably know the pain: the DSM web admin interface is rough with VoiceOver. I got tired of fighting it, so I started building a native Mac alternative — and before I go further, I'd genuinely love to know whether others would find it useful and which features you'd want first.

Hello all. I have had a terrible job trying to get my ITunes library back into order lately. There were songs missing from albums and a lot of stuff seemed wrong in it. I am slowly putting it together again, but now find I have a lot of duplicates of my songs. Is there a good duplicates remover anywhere that I can use? Short of this, is there any way I can remove the duplicates a little easier than one at a time?

I often use my mac to make phone calls. I call my bank, and my bank uses a automated voice messaging system where I have to enter in a number on the dial pad to make a selection. Often times, I have to enter in my debit number via the dial pad. When I tried typing the numbers in FaceTime, nothing was being passed through. How do I dial numbers on the dial pad to use with such services?

What are Duxbury and Perky Duck? What do they do? Do they run on Mac OS? If not, is there any equivalent software that does run on Mac OS?

Hi all. Using Mavericks. Now it's been awhile since I watched a movie on vd. But I put in the first Harry Potter flick, and it keeps saying dvd player has new window. Please, hopefully someone has a way to stop this behavior because unless I switch away from it, I can't stand that. :) Thanks for anyone who might be able to help.

I have a bunch of family videos that were converted from VHS to DVD. My grandmother wants them digitized onto a hard drive. They're homemade, so they're not protected. What is the most accessible DVD ripper for mac that will preferably convert the videos to .mp4 or .mov or whatever the popular video format is these days? I know there are a plethora of DVD rippers out there, but which is the most accessible with voiceover and will work on a mac mini with an external dvd drive. My m1 mac mini is running big sir.

Hi, so I read that you can install e speak on mac, however is this recommended and does it work? Would it work with the latest version of mac os? I'm only asking because I want to use voices from e speak in a project i'm making. Thanks for any help. hears where i read about this

Hey y'all. I have an audiobook that is broken up into multiple MP3s and I'm wondering if anyone knows of an easy way to merge them into one file. I tried an app called MP3 trimmer, but unfortunately, it wasn't accessible with voiceover. I'm using a MacBook Pro running OS 10.9.5. Any help you can provide is most sincerely appreciated. Hi all. How do I edit bookmarks? I went and added a survey link by accident. now of course I don't want it there. I used command shift B I think, but I can't figure out how to go from there. Thanks for any help.
