Hello All.

I was wondering how to activate a clickable object in Safari. For example, your navigating a webpage, and it says something like:

Hello. Welcome to the sight. Press begin to navigate.
Begin, clickable.

Not sure if this is clear, but hopefully it is. I encounter these clickable objects a lot, but not sure how to activate them. Thanks in advance for any help anyone can provide.

I have listened to a podcast on how to add things to the doc but it is not working. I believe the command mentioned was command, shift, and t but that only gives me the option to hide tab bar or show tab bar. Can any one help me with this small but frustrating problem?

Hello, I've created a video, I've also created a music theme to use with my video. I can't figure out how to add the music to the video at the beginning so that the music will start and finish before the video begins.

Does anyone know how to autofill cells using VoiceOver with Numbers?

Visually, I understand there's a small control handle at the bottom of a group of selected cells. A sighted user can mouse down on that control, drag, and release, and the new cells are automatically filled based on the existing contents. I'd like to know how to accomplish that with VoiceOver.

hi all, in mac osx hi-sierra i note that in the extras menu i hear 47 percent for example, of battery but not how many hours or usage time if you prefer, this equals. is this normal? how can i revert to the behaviour found in 10,12? thank you.Will

I'm not sure I'm asking my question the right way, but I was wondering how to change the order of spoken feedback that VO announces. For example, when navigating on IOS, VO says the contents of the heading, and then heading level 1 etc. How do I change this on Mac so VO announces the heading contents, and then heading level?

So I really want to experience my mac in french to report translation bugs. Although changing the language on ios it easy, it doesn't seem to be the case on mac. I can't vo-space on that language, and drag and drop doesn't work as far as I know. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi, I'm new to Mac and activities. I have setup an activity for the RS Games Client for the Mac, but I can't figure how to change the language of this activity, cause in fact, the main purpose of creating this activity is because I'm a Spanish language user and the RSG client is in English, so I would like that every time I open it my VoiceOver changes to the RSG activity and therefore to an English voice.
I don't see any option to change the language when editing the configuration for the activity in the VO functionality..

Hi all, as stated in the subject, do you have an idea on how to change VO language on a login screen. It speaks Polish text with Samantha voice. I've tried to change the language by using an option cmd/option/control/shift and then to choose a language but only one language is available. Interestingly, when I log out, VO speaks in my native language but when I restart a MaC it speaks English again. Device used: macbook air 13 M1. Thanks for anń hints.

Hi all. I'm trying to sign into something using audio and video. When it hear this little chime, I can't get to the allow button. i've used the f 2 function key combo and the system dialog but nothing. Can any help because i've already screwed up this time. It's a chime asking permission hope I explained enoguh.

My sister is using a Macbook Air 2020 running macOS Catralina 10.15.7 (latest Update) and is not able to read books reliably with a braille display in Apple Books. PDFs in QuickLook work well but here comes the problem: How is it possible to convert bought Apple Books to PDF so that she can easily read her books with QuickLook? Or is there any other way to read books (or any other epub files) with QuickLook?

Often I have hard time to copy a blog post from any website and paste into my Pages. Can anybody tell me the cool tip how I can easily copy a blog post from any website and paste into my Pages? I am using voice over on my Mac. Thank you very much in advance.

On my Mac I use VoiceOver and inverted colors. It is not possible to use the shortcut key to invert colors back to normal when VoiceOver is active. So I have to press Command + F5 to deactivate VoiceOver, then press Fn + Ctrl + Alternative + 8 to invert colors, and then again press Command + F5 to activate VoiceOver again.

There must be a way to create a AppleScript with keystrokes but I can't figure it out.
Does anyone have suggestions on how to make a keyboard macro which can perform the above mentioned task?

I recently discovered that the key beside the semicolon is a single quotation mark, not an apostrophe. For texting, it's not a big deal. But for a manuscript or paper, where in I maybe using quotes, the difference is important.
So, does anybody know how to create an apostrophe on the Mac keyboard?
