Is anyone else having this issue?

I can't seem to select text in webpages using either Safari or Chrome. It doesn't matter whether I interact in the text or not. VO + Enter doesn't work, neither does Option + Shift + Arrow keys or Command + Shift + Arrow keys.

It's extremely frustrating.

Hello all, I recently upgraded to High Sierra and have noticed one thing when trying to select texts. I have only tried this in text edit. In previous versions of the Mac OS I could use voiceover to select line by line. This was accomplished by starting at the beginning of the line, holding the shift key and pressing the down arrow. Each line would be selected for editing as long as you held down the shift key and pressed down or up arrow to select or unselect lines. In high Sierra this seems to no longer be the case.

I choose an envoice templet from the Numbers app,
and i will use some of the rows and columns, but i need to delete the remaining empty ones, to send a PDF from my Envoice,
How can i select them using Keyboard?

am about to sell my macbook pro 2015 with Intel processor to someone,
she needs me before she'll purchase it to install windows, and make it like a windows machine.
so , first of all, how can i completly remove all my data, so, she'll not be able to get or access anything from my passwords and so on?
2nd thing, how can i install bootcamb with highest space for windows and just a very small size for mac to boot?
Am not so tallented in this area, so please, i need detailed steps.

Hello there, seeking help as a relatively new Mac user. I need to email three documents (which have been created using pages) to a recipient who uses windows. I just assumed that if i sent them to her in the usual way she would still be able to open them on her windows PC. However she has just messaged to inform me that no, she is unable to open them in order to print.

I want to send a mail message to multiple recipients. However, I want to select the recipients by going through my list of contacts and selecting the people to whom I wish to send the message rather than typing in their names. So this is what I'm doing:

1. creating a new message;
2. Using Vo-Space on the BCC button.
3. My list of contacts appears. However, no matter what I do, I can't seem to select them to add them to my list of recipients.

after upgrading to mac os 14, i do not know if this is by accident or what, but whatsapp became very very accessible, liek whatsapp on windows.
just, there are somethings that i can not do, do not know if this is accessibility things or am i doing something wrong:
1- when i need to share multible files, i can not select more than 1 file,
2- jumping to a file or folder using 1st letter navigation is not working when sharing something.

Since I updated the system to Sequoia, I am devastated. VoiceOver keeps restarting constantly.
I navigate through links on AppleVis - VoiceOver freezes and restarts.
I scroll through my email list - restart.
I read a document in Word - restart.
I open directories - restart.

Basically, VoiceOver restarts on average every few minutes.

I have reset the VoiceOver settings, but that didn’t help.

Do you have any suggestions or ideas for solving this problem?

is yours working? mine has not for a long time. either one of the presets or custom ones, whether the enable box is checked or not, the sound remains the same.

So, this is going to get a little complicated, so strap in y'all, while I explain what I have found.

When at work, I am a business analyst. I also work from home. Consequently, we do a lot of online meetings and I do a lot of screen sharing so we can review a document together or demonstrate something. Normally, I would share a Word document by sharing my desktop in the MS Teams meeting. I would Zoom and pan all I needed to see what I needed to see and the folks watching would not see any of this. They would see the whole desktop and happily do their thing.

For this bug to appear though, you must change the behaviour of how VoiceOver speaks when moving the cursor. It must be changed from the default to "speak to the right of the cursor". Once set, try navigating text by character, and watch one or more characters skip, whether you are moving forwards or backwards.

I found lettermelater.com but this service seems not to be developed anymore and I need one reliable service which I can use in the future as well.

So, do you know of any service like lettermelater.com? Doesn't need to be free of charge.

I did a signature in the Mac OS native Mail app, and i have more than 5 email accounts.
need this signature to be the default in all my emails,
and need to create another one to be in my email replys,
so, i created the 1st signature but it is not when creating a new email.
anyone can tell me, why?
and how can i set it to be default?

Hi all. Does anyone know if it is possible to change the base font size in Safari on the Mac, and if so how do you do it? Currently mine seems to be set to 16, which is rather large. I've searched through menus and preferences but can't find a setting.

Hi, all. I'd like to set up a keyboard shortcut to zoom a window back to normal size. Some app windows, such as a VPN app, I minimize most of the time, but I want the option to access the controls quickly. If I add a keyboard shortcut in the All Applications category, what should i name the function? I've tried Zoome Window and Window > Zoome, but can't get either to work. Thanks in advance for any help.
