High everybody,

My wife and I are interested in getting a smart scale for Christmas. Does anyone have any experience with the accessibility on this topic? We are expecting that the original setup of the scale might not be accessible, but we are ok with that, as long as the scale’s app and daily use is accessible. The Fitbit and the WITHINGS options.

This is not as important as accessibility, but we are also interested in trying to find an option that allows multiple devices to be paired together at the same time.

Hello, On onctober 15 2013 my wife and I moved in to our new house. We love the house, and wouldn't change it for anything, however there is a minor prlblem that needs addressing. Well the thermastat that controls the central heat and air system is digital, filled with menus and programming and is not accessible! Does anyone know, and could reccomend an accessible alternitave? This model is a hunter and I have neard the nest is accessible.

Hi all! I am looking for an accessible thermostat that I can use with my iPhone. I do not have wireless so it would have to be Bluetooth. I can always get the talking thermostat but can't control it with my phone. I have no plans to get wireless where I am now so am looking for something that I can change the temperature for heat and cool and set programs. Does anybody know of any thermostats that will work in this situation?

Does anyone know a thermostat with homekit functions that can be accessed with voiceover that can be used in the Netherlands?

I will need to buy a new washing machine soon. I'm looking at one with a built in dryer. Since most machines have a touch screen, I have looked at machines that can be controlled with the mobile phone, but I would like to have tips on what is accessible with Voiceover. From what I understand, different manufacturers have different apps, but they work for all machines from that particular manufacturer.

Do you know any weather station that is accessible from the iPhone? I would like to be able to consult the weather data both today and the past days and the future forecast.

I have been testing the Netatmo weather station but their app is very inaccessible, very little data can be consulted.

I have used a Netatmo indoor outdoor weather station for a few years. The Indoor unit continues to operate. However, the outdoor unit appears to have been impacted by dust and debris on the sensor. From other posts, this appears to be the usual outcome for outdoor units after a number of years. When I went to the retailer, they advised Netatmo had discontinued that product? Is there a good replacement unit and suitably accessible iOS App available? Other advice or direction welcome. PS: Netatmo Support is appalling.

FInally i purchased the Sensibo air, it did the job in a perfect way, and really this is the thing that i need, but i need more than 4 or 5 controllers, and it is not cheap to do so,
am looking for alternatives, just a thing that control my AC through an app or even with my voice.

The cazori air fryer which is freequently mentioned on here was recalled back in Februrary, well certain models including mine were. Has anyone successfully able to register for the recall? The form doesn't appear to be that accessible.

I guess my subject says it all, really. Anyone tried this version of the instant pot, &, if so, is the app at all usable? Some of the reviews seem to indicate difficulties using the app w/Voiceover. Any thoughts welcome. I thought about buying this because it's the same price as the Duo right now.

I purchased a GE washer with smart technology the other day, and was under the impression I could control its functions with my iPhone. I can control a few, but the main things I need, dialing in a cycle, wash preferences, and starting the machine are not available. Are there any appliance brands which can be fully controlled with the smart apps and bluetooth or wifi connectivity? I've emailed GE, asking for a solution, but you all know how slow those requests move up the ladder. Any suggestions would be helpful, as I'm still in my return window for this appliance.

I was wondering if their are any thermometers that have apps that can Connect to the phone that can check body temperature.

I am wondering if anyone could recommend an accessible treadmill. I am looking for something that would potentially sync through bluetooth with my iPhone SE or MacBook Pro so I could more accurately track distance/calories/average pace, etc. I am planning on purchasing a treadmill int he near future, but wanted to reach out to the Applevis community first.
