Hi all, anyone know if there is a tutorial for using GarageBand on iOS, with or without a Bluetooth keyboard. I would like to be able to use this app but can't begin to get the hang of it. How usable is it by a blind person using voice-over? Is it any easier or any more accessible Onamac? Thanks in events.

When I first got my 4th gen iPad a couple years ago, GB and VO seemed to get along really well... but with each new GB version and iOS update, that relationship has steadily declined, leaving us with an only partially accessibl GB now. I had a song idea I thought I'd try to quickly capture in GB today, but the experience was anything but quick. We're talkin' about as basic a project as they come, here -- 3 tracks for guitars, just recording my amp's speaker with the headset mic, and acoustic guitar and a vocal (also thru the built in mic) and a track of smart drums.

I have a way u can browse the internet without Safaari if you choose to.
1. If you don't have the Google app get it it's a free download.
2. Once it's open just go 2 your search box & type in 4 example: applevis.com
3. Once u hit your search button u can navigate the page & read content in a simpler way!
Note: You may have 2 go through stuff on the page before u get 2 what u want but it's not horrible. Hope this helps.

Is there an iOS application that is accessible that can be used for walking directions where the maps can be stored on the iPhone? The reason for this question is as follows, in all seriousness I would like to find an application that can be used where I am not using any data at all.

Is it possible to hand write my signature on a specific line of a PDF file using my iPhone? I have to do this from time to time when documents are sent to me that require my signature. I would very much appreciate any suggestions on which hardware and software I would require to do this

Afternoon all, the subject line pretty much says it all. Someone sent me a message within a group message and they named the group. Every since then, I've been trying to figure out how to do this. Someone informed me that at the time it was in accessible to voiceover users. Upon the update I found out that you can name different group messages if you wished. Has anyone figured out how to do this?

I am using the business card template to create a couple of versions of business card. Unfortunately, I'm finding the business card templates a bit confusing. Depending on which option I choose either modern elegant or basic there seem to be several choices and different types of choices under each of those I'm a bit confused Is there a help document or instruction booklet that explains the different template labels and exactly what they mean? When I look at the canvas for example it gives the size "texting is much too large for a business card.

Recently, I have noticed that sometimes when I use the vertical navigation feature of the voiceover rotor, and try to flick up or down, The only feedback I get is the drum sound.
It’s like it will sometimes work, and sometimes it will not.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

iphone 8 ios 12.4 something strange happened yesterday. my data counter reset it’sself and it never did that before. since then some apps are missing from cellular settings and i can't turn them on or off. here's what i tried; reboot phone, soft reset phone, reset network settings, delete and reinstall effected apps. i don't want to reset the whole phone because i would have lots of apps and media to redownload and my internet is under 1 mbps. i also am trying to avoid updating ios because i am jail broaken. please how do i fix this.

I've just found out that the iOS notes app has an inbuilt document scanner, but I was wondering how accessible this was with voice-over.
For example, is there a way to get voice-over to tell me how to position the camera in relation to the document to get the best angle for the picture, and when cropping out background, can voice-over help me with this also?

I have some emails with documents attached to them that I would like to transfer to my computer, but I do not have an Internet connection and therefore cannot use iCloud. Can I transfer these documents using iTunes and how do I do that? I have tried this already in the documents show up on my computer in iTunes, but I can’t get t..,hem to transfer into my documents file on my computer. Please help

Hello, I love the new Apple music. I would like to know how to arrange it so my music plays songs and shuffles them from all my artists. I can't seem to do that with this new design. I’m glad that the feature exists for people who wish to use it, buqt personally I don’t think I will.
I’m not quite sure how it will work, so I might change my mind but currently, the thing I like about the Internet is that I can participate in most places as an equal with everyone else and I think letting people know that I’m using a screen reader could be detrimental to that.
There is an old quote to the extent that on the Internet, no one knows you’re a dog and I agree, but was wondering what others thought.

How does a person use face id on the iPhone? Every time I try to use it says face not recognized, and sometimes it doesn't even detect my face at all, forcing me to use the pass code instead. Any help from any totally blind user is greatly appreciated, but anyone can respond to this thread. Thanks.

I was wondering if anybody can tell me how to clear files that you have downloaded in safari in iPhone storage settings.
I downloaded a large file today that I thought I would need, but apparently I do not need it. It takes up almost all my storage and I have barely any left. I went into Safari storage and in there it says, documents and data, 3.68 GB. I cannot figure out how to clear that out
. I have tried clearing all history and website data and restarting my device. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
