I recently received an MS Word manuscript with markup applied using strikethrough and text color changes. I loaded the document in Pages and could not find any mechanism that would allow me to move focus to next and previous color change, or next and previous strikethrough.
There is no mechanism for finding strikethrough text, as near as I can tell.
For color changes, the documentation mentions several commands I thought would help, but they all fail to find text color changes. Here’s what I tried.

I am trying to move a really big txt file from the downloads folder to an SD card. I tried copying the text to the clipboard and pasting it with shift-command v. That didn't work. I wonder if the poor clipboard can't handle that much text. It's a version of the Bible. Is there another way to move the file? Thanks.

I am facing a problem when using apple notes on the latest version of macOS on my M1 MacBook Air.
I am not able to figure out the voiceover keyboard commands to drag and drop folders, move them around, and nest them within each other.
I will appreciate any inputs or support on this.

Hey guys, I am wanting to reorganise some of the apps on my phone but hate trying to rearrange them with VO on my iPhone because last time I tried I either messed up the layout of other apps that I didn't even touch because I don't want them moving, or it automatically created folders here there and everywhere that I didn't want.
So is there a way I can rearrange them using iTunes in mac? I know this was possible on windows but never really used it.

I had a question. I am wanting to move my iTunes library off of my computer, but I'd like to have all of my songs in a large list. Rather than the list of artists and albums etc.
Is there a way to go about this aside from going to the iTunes folder then to iTunes media, then to music?

Hi,
I'm trying to help someone install Windows 11 in VMware Fusion, but I'm having issues moving the keyboard focus between macOS and the VM. I thought pressing tab repeatedly or pressing Control-Command-f would do it, but this doesn't work. Is there a reliable way to get the keyboard focus to switch? The person I'm helping is using Fusion 13.6.1 on Sequoia 15.0.1. I'd also like to know myself since I plan on getting an M4 Mac Mini.

When using multiple displays, is it possible to control where each open window appears with Voice Over? For example, when giving a presentation, I would like my slides to appear on the external display while having my email or a webpage open on my computer, visible only to me. I have found keyboard shortcuts for display mirroring, but this does not allow me to have different content visible on each display. Sighted users are able to extend the desktop and drag windows between displays with the mouse. Are there keyboard shortcuts for this process?

Hi all,
I am using Mac OS Mojave, and I was wondering how to move songs around in playlists in the music app. I press VO-CMD-SHIFT-SPACE to mouse down on a track, then again to mouse up; as I understand the process, this should drag the track I want to move before the track I've moved to. But this process does not seem to work with any reliability. I was able to move one song this way, but I have had no luck since.

For those who have upgraded to the M4 from earlier M processor generations, have you noticed any improvement in nonresponsive apps and improved overall experience?
I have an M2 Air and thought it may improve my experience to upgrade to the M4 Air.

Hello all.
It seems The issues which I faced recently with programs like google docs as well as notes is linked to a common problem so I thought I better make a different thread for that.
As the subject line says, that's precisely the problem.
I figured out that read all VO + a does not work in notes.
But now I figured out that VO + right arrow actually does the read all, once inside the note.
I will try the same in google docs, although I am mostly sure it will not work there.

Hi all,
I currently have a bunch of MP3 files which are tagged at whatever ID3 version iTunes puts them at, however I need to convert them to ID3V1 tags. Does anyone know of an accessible app for Mac that will take the existing tax and convert them to ID3V1?

hello every one, do any one knows any tutoreal on how to convert a short 30 sec mp3 file in itune to become our ring tone on the iphone? i just cannot get the hang of it in itune. unless people can let me know other ways to do it? many thanks for the answer.

From the very first day of using my Mac, I've found the accessibility of MS Office apps like Word and PowerPoint to be profoundly disappointing, especially when using VoiceOver. As a literature student, I primarily use these apps for navigating documents, formatting research papers, and creating and presenting PowerPoint slides. However, nothing seems to work seamlessly with VoiceOver on my M1 Air.

Description of problem: I'm in MS Word, down-arrowing through lines of text. VoiceOver reads each line as expected. I reach a table. VoiceOver announces the table and number of rows and columns as expected.
But as I down arrow through the table, VoiceOver is silent. Tab and Shift+Tab are also silent.
I've tried VO+F3, Option+Down Arrow, VO+P, and VO+L. All are silent. I've toggled VO off and on. No luck.
Is there a fix or workaround for this? Thanks for any help.

Hi all. I'm considering a Microsoft 365 subscription, primarily to run MS Word on my Mac. I will make heavy use of track changes and comments. Does anyone have experience with these features? How accessible are they? I've been unable to find any articles that cover using these features with VoiceOver on a Mac, either on AppleVis or elsewhere.
