Are the Acapela voices included with mac voices?
I'm coming from using windows, and have thought about a mac.
I'd use it mainly for createing music and such.
I'm also curious about reinstalling the OS, encase I ever wanted to reformat for a clean install.

Hi friends,
I'm having some problems since I installed Big sur.
Firstly, when I try to connect to Mac app, a message appears saying impossible to connect, it happens sometimes and others, suppossedly, it allow me to do it, but when I try to download an app my password is required, I entered it and, although I know it's correct, an error appears.
Another thing is that when I try to change the voice that announce the hour aloud I can't.
Does anybody have the ssame or similar problems?
Can these problems be solved?

Hi, I'm new to the site, as before i just looked around for interesting apps and what not. I have questions regarding avid protools as i'm considering buying it. I've heard its the best bet in terms of accessibility, and since its industry standard I figure its a good daws to get, considering although garage band is very easy to use its also very basic. Anyways, I'm wondering, can protools be bought from the appstore? I would find it easier if it could be, that way i don't have to deel with pay pal or anything like that.

I wiould ask you 3 questions about E-mail in Mac and Iphone:
1. How can i, in Mac and in Iphone send a messagge to more than un adress, ad destinatary or as CC?, Itried to rwite the second one after ; but I think that it doesn't work. how can I do it?.
2. There is a way to set my mail in order to be notified when the destinatary read it?, how can I do, in Mac and in Iphone?, in Iphone, I know taht there is a thing called Notify, but when I try to press it, the message is blocked and I lost it.

Hello. Can you please tell me how can I use this screen reader to navigate through the history of the terminal many screens back, and not just within the last screen? Is there any way I can remap the keyboard shortcuts to suit myself? Perhaps there are other ways to conveniently use the terminal that I don't know about? Thanks in advance for all your replies.

Hi i have a few questions about numbers
1.how do i search inside table and jump to the result
for example if i have a table of 500 rows and 10 coloms and i want to jump to the cells that contains the word "mac.
"
2.I'm quite sure it's impossible but i will ask anyway i
have an excel document with some colored rows there is some way i can do a filter and see only the colored rows or at least know witch rows are colored and witch are not

Hello all,
Is it just me, or do portable VO prefs not work in Yosemite? I was using another Mac on campus the other day and I plugged in my flash drive and told VO to use my portable preferences, but nothing changed even though VO utility said they were in use.

How can you edit the rotor (not the web rotor)?
How can you select a document/window and move it? (E.g, in finder if I wish to organise my files how do I select and move one document toa different place in that folder)?

I recently installed Windows 10 using VMWare fusion .
I managed to install the windows and run narrator , but I am unable to control the windows with the arrows I only can control the Narrator with tap

Hello I am using a third party app on my mac called classic FTP which allows you to transfer files to a website. Although the program is not fully accessible for voice over it can be used especially by advanced users of mac although I would not recommended it for beginners.

Despites being simple this is something I did not find the response in the internet.
What I have to do to pyut the insertion head and the play head right at the end of the current track?
I thimk that if I am able to put one of these right there I can move the other but I can not figure out how to do it.
Another question: what are the procedures to know the current time of either the play head or insertion cursor? Cmd G puts the play head or the insertion point cursor at a given time?

I tried everything, my brother helped .
me to install a windows insider, as narrator is broken on those vhdx images.
but no matter what I do, hs doesn't want to launch
it once launched, but after 1 battle grounds round, it just, killed itself?
it seems that iso was badly damaged.
could someone send me a workable vm?
if you have any data on it, just copy the vm and clear all the data from the copy, and send me the .utm file, as IDK what to do.
I got a new iso, narrator doesn't start again, no dice.

Hi everyone. While some people enjoy the mobile site, others liked that friend mail thing, no pun intended on like, I prefer to be as mainstream as possible. So every time I want to update my status it's www.facebook.com for me. I noticed along with all the other changes, that it was impossible to mention someone anymore. I found out it's still the at sign, and the name. I couldn't make it work, until someone told me to use the tab key.

Hi all,
I'm not as familiar with my Mac as I am windows so bare with me and if you have a suggestion re the following, please fire them here.
I've got a macbook air (bought last year if that helps) I hadn't used it for a while so when I went into iTunes last weekend, it asked me if I wanted to update, so I went to do this. I clicked on restart when it prompted me and so I did this and left it.

I got a mac book pro back in november and I am so far enjoying it for the most part. Anyway, it came with os 10.9.4 installed on it. about two weeks ago, I updated it to os 10.10.1 So far good right? Every now and then, I find that no matter what I type while in the messages app, nothing gets entered. I make sure that the correct edit field has keyboard focus and still no luck. Turning off VO does not help. I try closing the app via command plus q, but I find that that the mac acts like I did not even push that command.
