For those who are not familiar with me, I am the guy who made Audio ARchery. For about 14 years I have been developing audio games for Windows. I'm proud to say I've finally been able to bridge the divide.
Fourteen years ago, a crazy audio game with a kid running around in Santa's factory to steal toys for himself was released. It has become one of the most classic and iconic audio games people think about during the holidays. After a much-anticipated wait, version 2.0 is here.

hi to all,for those who have played the inquisitor titles, it seems that chapter 4, is out soon, called "the demon." a youtube trailer is linked below, but it doesn't say when it's out.it is coming out for now, on mac OS and windows, i assume IOS in the future. i will do a podcast when it's out if people wish for one. the link is here. thoughts? Hello there, hope this message finds everybody in the high spirits.
I think I have posted this message here before, but I cannot make the voice-over announce the keys while I type in Microsoft Word in Mac.
Is anybody having the same issue? Note, I turned on and off the keyboard option where it says the letters and words. But nothing happened.
I love the Microsoft word on Mac, it just synchronize my schools account activity and makes me more organized.
Hope anybody can help.

Okay, so as I've mentioned on some other topics, I'm a lifelong PC-user who's seriously considering getting his first Mac. I've weighed a lot of the pros and cons, and have had the inevitable moments of "Am I crazy? Why not get a less expensive Windows computer, and stick with what I know?"

I have never seen this before. Whenever I load the Music App in Mac OS, I am presented with a playlist I never opened and am not able to navigate away form it at all. At least as far as Voice Over is concerned, there is no longer any Sidebar table anywhere to be found in the Music App. Any help on this would be appreciated.

I've just noticed that there is a new startup sound in MacOS Big Sur.
Apple removed the on-board sound chip in the newer Mac computers which completely removed the startup sound. That result in blind and visually impaired people couldn't tell if the machine was booting up or restarting, which became a major issue because the newer computers don't make any noise at all.

Yes, you read it right, you can’t find one app which have all the features you want. I have personally learned if I start to compare several apps in the same area, for example podcast apps, RSS readers etc. I will just end up in endless searching and scrolling, wasting my time and energy for applications which doesn’t have all set of features on board.

I try to make a sample track from an audio region to play an audio file with my MIDI keyboard in Logic Pro. It has worked perfectly well early, but now the Quick Sampler doesn’t seem to registered the audio file correctly.
I’m using VoiceOver I uses this this steps to make an audio file to sample track.
1. Import an audio file into an audio track in Logic. The file format is wav or mp3 or m4a.

I know this subject is somewhat overused, but I have some thoughts that I can't help but want to discusse with the people in here.
while browsing a topic similar to this I saw someone suggesting we make a long artical detailing all the bugs and problems with voiceover on macos, then we could go and check/cross mark them if they are solved so people can see stuff in real time and we could make a giant wave where people politely ask apple accessibility to take a look at the post

Hi all
I am working as a management consultant and the use of LinkedIn in connection with my job is very important. However I find LinkedIn very difficult to use with VoiceOver. I prefer to use my Mac and Safari when interacting with LinkedIn, but I also have the LinkedIn app on my iPhone.

I'll preface this by saying at first, thought i was going crazy, then thought, it wasn't a big deal. This behavior is also apparent on IOS as well. Someone on another thread asked why their Mac was beeping at them. there was a resolution quickly, until another user suggested to use VO H to open the help menu wherein you can discover all the sounds. I either used Mac so long i'd forgotten, or maybe never knew about this. Either way, the sounds are much quieter. My volume is I'd say thirty percent, using my built in speakers.

I was using the desktop app on my Mac, but then they broke it. Now, when you right-click or press VO+Shift+M on a message, most of the time it doesn't bring up the context menu, so I can't react to or reply to a message. The app has other issues as well.

I'm thinking about buying a Mac utility app called OS Cleaner for $9.99. The free version of OS Cleaner looks accessible.
Anybody have an opinion whether it's worth ten bucks or whether I should stay away from it?
