Hi. My mother in law wants to listen to her audiobooks on her iMac. I am having trouble finding an app that will allow her to bookmark her place. Any suggestions? It truly needs to be the simplest for the end user. You can't even imagine trying to teach her how to double-click. Thanks. Happy New Year.
I hope you're all keeping safe and well.
I am just posting to see where everyone likes to download audiogames from? I know their is a section on the ios app store where people can browse for accessable apps. I am just wondering whether their is a similar thing for the mac?
If not, where does everyone go to get their favourite audiogames?
Thanks
Nlambert

Hi all!
We are excited to announce the Spanish version of Audiospeed!
Our goal is to translate our audiogames in as many languages as possible, which unfortunately requires a large investment ... so we hope audiospeed will be able to go well, allowing us to translate all our audiogames in more languages!
Are there any Spanish users that can help us to spread the word?
Any kind of help will be really useful!
AudioWizards is now Available on Steam.
Yes, itβs very great, but the Steam client isnβt accessible with screen Reader.
If everyone know how to make it accessible let me know please.
I use the Beta of NVDA 2019.3
Every couple of minutes I receive an error message on my MacBook, that says authentication application application.
When looking at the error message with voice over the only detail I get is that user authentication is required. I can however not establish which app is requiring authentication.
Any idea how I can resolve this persistent error message? Running the latest version of Monterey, on a MacBook 2020.
This is totally random and I can't figure out how to trigger it, but sometimes, if I let my Mac auto-lock after like 5 minutes, VoiceOver gets stuck in an endless loop of, "Authentication is not responding." Then "Authentication, authentication window." Over and over until I press a key or do something. Is there a way to stop this?
Hi everyone,
This question is mainly for Mac users who do a lot of writing, editing, or document work professionally. Iβve been using Macs for about twelve years now, so I know this probably sounds like a very delayed question. And just to save us all some time: if your advice is βswitch to Windows,β I respectfully decline. Iβm staying with macOS.
How do I get my Mac to stop automatically speaking my incoming messages? I don't mind being notified, but I don't want my business broadcast to the world just because I'm not near the Mac to press control to shut it up when a message rolls in. By messages I mean iMessages or texts. Thanks.
Just wondering: has anyone managed to get the escape key to function as an autocomplete key in OSX 10.12? To see what I mean, if you're running that nice, but now very decrepit nightowl, in the new tweet edit box, start typing a username (as in, at somebody), and press escape. In El Capitan, Mavericks, (etc.) that would give a list of auto complete options. In Sierra, it doesn't and I'm wondering if there's something I'm missing.
hi there everyone i'm a multi lingual user so i come across pages that has 2 languages in the page voice over on the mac doesn't seem to detect the second language of choice automatically like on the iPhone it works like a dream but on the mac its hopeless. or if there is a solution to it that would be great!
thanks.
note: if u didn't understand what i mean please ask me for more explanations
a much requested and important feature for me on OSX is automatic language switching. up to Mavrix, it wasn't there. have they finally introduced it on Yosemite. most people here won't care for such a feature, so I am asking on of those who already upgraded to test that for me.
