when opening testflight, to check app updates i am testing, under the incompatible heading is listed the weathergods app, on the mac. i thought weathergods is com[atible with apple silicon macs. I have an m5 macbook[rp, with no costomizations made at time of purchase. why is this? I remembrt when the weathergofd mac app was announced, it would be compatible with all macs with apple silicon. is my chip too knew for this app? what is going on?

Hey all,
I run a company, and with things changing so rapidly, we are to the point where I have to be able to update our website. Unfortunately, our site was designed and currently is hosted through go daddy. We used their template Website Tonight to design the site, and it is mostly inaccessible. What programs have people found to be the best as far as designing and updating their site? I know that for a lot of things like photos and layout, I will still need to rely on someone with sight, but we have a lot of updates that are text based, that I would like to be able to do.

Web dialogs are driving me nuts. Using quick nav doesn't work at all, and I have limited success turning quick nav off. Is there a setting that can make thing easier, or not? Thanks.

Back in February, I logged the below feedback report against MacOS 15.3. I would think it would have been an easy fix, but 15.6 still exhibits this behavior.
If you're on the Tahoe beta and can verify this issue is still present, I would appreciate it if you opened a feedback report against the beta.

After I upgraded my Mac to 10.11.1 I noticed something strange. I do use the webkit browser, and on my old mac, that isn't updated to 10.11 yet, it still tells me when there are new updates for Webkit. On my 10.11-machine there are no way to update from Webkit. The only way to update is via the [Webkit website)(http://www.webkit.org/) Has any of you found a workaround for this, or do you know who to contact so the problem can be fixed?

Hi, so I'm using google chrome. I'm coming from using chrome on windows, and I'm finding that some websites display a lot differently.
For example, when using the overcast web player, all the active podcast, don't have a name, there is a lot of text letters. This also seems to happen on the netflix.com site as well.

I have been using Amadeus for years, and it has always been such a great app. However, over the last few months, I have been having an issue where when a file is relatively short, arrows work as normal to either rewind or fast forward through the sound. But when it gets longer, or when multiple sounds are pasted over one another, then the arrows stop working as expected. Left arrow should still rewind, but it fast forwards instead, and right arrow also fast forwards. This happens, for example, when a spoken track is pasted over background music.

I've just recently started encountering an issue where I'll be using the computer as usual and suddenly Voiceover will start stuttering the last sound it made over and over again, about once per second; then I hear the startup chime and find myself back at the login screen - sometimes without the ability to turn VO on (though this last part may be user error or something to do with my volume, not sure). Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this? Have you heard of a problem like this before?

Hello. I’m having weird issue in Safari.
I want that VoiceOver would read Estonian text with Satu’s voice but on some webpages it reads with Fred’s voice. It’s weird because in VoiceOver utility under speech I have set all to Satu’s voice. Is it a bug or have I done something wrong? I have latest version.

Something strange is happening with my iCloud Drive folder on my Mac. Folders keep appearing on their own, with odd names like *SwingUpdater*, *SFU*, *authkit*, and *appdefense*. Sometimes there are dozens or even hundreds of these folders. I also see other folders with sequential numeric names like *1*, *1.1*, *1.2*, and so on.
What's even weirder is that when I open iCloud Drive on another device, everything looks normal—my folders appear just as I expect them. This strange behavior only happens on my Mac. I’ve tried deleting the odd folders, but they just reappear.

Hello, I am experiencing a strange issue with my mac. When I download a program from the internet, it doesn't prompt me to save or run the program. I am new to the mac and I'm primarily used to the windows set up, so this could be a mistake on my part. Is the prompter for saving and running downloaded programs exclusive to windows or is there something I'm missing or not doing on my mac? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi all. Using the latest OS for Mac, and something keeps happening. I don't know how, but suddenly when I try to close a window, it would say "Block quote at level 1 not found" or something like that. I'd hear the ding piano sound if I try to command tab away from a window, and strangely, I'll keep getting "Ignoring next key press." I just had this happen on oribts, but there are other sites, such as audible, the ignoring next key press is said as well. Has anyone heard of behavior like this?

My mac has recently begun speaking in pauses lately. especially in text fields, when something seems to be misspelled, or when something is highlighted, such as in code. There is no extra beeping or anything, just a weird pause. like.
Hello friends, how. aer. you. so it'll pause in aer because it's misspelled, which is very weird.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hi everyone. Last night after my tutor and I phoned AppleCare again to try and sort out these issues I've been having, another one cropped up and I'm wondering if anybody has ever experienced this. Now whenever I hit Command-W anywhere, the Dashboard app is launched. I thought at first that this was just Safari acting up, but it has been happening everywhere. The software updates still aren't installing, and I'm trying to figure that one out too.

Hi everyone.
Since I updated to Monterey I'm having an issue while using Microsoft excel and word.
The situation is that if I'm inside the document page, if I press the downarrow VoiceOver says "search with google" and opens or moves to safari. Therefore I can't navigate downwards in excel cause every time I press downarrow it goes to safari.
It seems like there is a shortcut or something blocked in my keyboard configuration that keeps doing the same.
Any suggestions?

Hi folks, as the subject says I seem to be having this weird problem with vlc.
So, I'm in the Media Library table.
The way I've been opening my files/ folders, is to open them from within vlc.
When all the files are loaded, and I vo left, or right, all I hear is image..
I've reset vlc, but I still hear image, when vo left or right, within the files.
Note these are all audio files, I'm adding to vlc.
I've also tried cog, and I like that player, but there are just some mp3 files I have cog doesn't want to play.

After the latest update I hear a weird sound every one or two minutes. It seems to be related to VO because when VO’s speech is off then there isn’t the sound. I checked the settings but I didn’t find anything. Does everyone know what it is?
Also, previously Siri was able to open the trash and downloads folders but now it isn’t supported anymore.
